I ended up with a new operator in the counter.Took him 45 min and 3 times asking for help of others to fill my medical exam form.Mentioned my email to operator 4 times and wrote it in paper but still typed in my medical application one character short.I had to correct it in another facility.If you end up with experienced operator you get away with it.New ones, good luck.

Very bad service, manager is never available and things gets delayed because it requires managers approval, it has been 3 days i am struggling to get license just because manager is sick, or not replying on whatsapp, wasted 3 hours everday waiting for thier managers answer, after wasting my 3 days they said please go to another branch

I rushed and reached oudmetha office at 7.40 for amer service as I waited whole day for labour payment process which I made before 1pm. only saw the approval at 7.10pm after checking continuously since 2pm...i was told counter was closed at 7.40...today was 1st day of fine for the person i wanted the visa for

Never ending que.. once you reach the counter they will pretend that theyre busy. They will just let you sit right at the front of thier counter without saying anything. It took around 10 mins before he asked me what do u need. While at the reception if you are not the same nationality as them, they will pass you to another receptionist. Imagine you already waited on the line then when its your turn.he will just pass you to another reception which again you need to fall in the line. Super nice customer service.Also, if the customer is the same language as them. They will entairtain them directly disregarding the customer right at the front of them.

A clown, who calls himself a legal consultant here, drafted the MoU for my company and made a huge mistake in it. Their blunder cost me over 9000 AED. When I went back to them to get the document corrected, they accepted their mistake but then charged me for correcting the document!Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

They know what they are doing in this tasheel, but you have to wait for 2 hours to finish even a small application! its unreal how much they dont care about peoples time in this business center! if you are a friend of the staff they will treat you differently tho! very annoying place to go but you will finish your work correctly if you go there and wait!

Friendly accommodating & helpful Staff 😃I got lost finding the agency on which I was suppose to apply visa for, so I asked them for directions & they said it’s on the other entrance .Told them that I want to apply for a Visa to Bahrain, glad I asked 😉 coz I didn’t realize that they can do it for me too, thought they were just a typing Centre 🤔.And was very happy to hear how much they charge, coz it’s far more cheaper compared to the one I’m suppose to go to.Applied for Visa to Bahrain and got the approval next day, everyone has been very helpful. I remember Mahmoud who even let me charge my mobile as the battery was already dying. Very bad experience.i go to cancel my familys visa. The person call me on Sunday said everything is fine. i even double confirm with him that my family visa canceled, no need to go to foreign affaire to explain.On Thursday, i found that my family visa still not canceled, then i call more than 20times and there no pick up.i have no choice to go to Al Manara center to meet him. then he check and say need meet foreign affaire. and i ask why you didnt pick up my phone, he even say i call you on that day right?what should i say to such idiot.

Its the worst between Tash-eel service center , the receptionist staff give the Queue ticket to their friend without consider the long queue of people who are waiting , they have very strange process i dont know why i need to spend 5 mnt explaining my application details to the reception staff to issue useless JOB ORDER !!! then again i need to explain the same for the customer service staff, they dont have direct line to call them for example i did an application and it come Nawaqis i drive my car from Al Barsha to tell them that i have Nawaqis and submit the required documents and it happen 3 times in the same day

This company is a huge inconvenience to all. Theyve closed their Al Manara Branch for Dubai Court Service and their other branch (Oud Metha) has rude people in it who can only assist from 7:30 am till 9:30 am apparently despite you reaching before their closing time, they wouldnt assist you. Doesnt make sense at all. That Filipina lady in front desk from Oud Metha only cares about her food and make up and is extremely impolite and useless. Such a disgrace to see how these people are assisting their customers! Its a huge mistake that I availed the service through them. Should have approached First Business Center instead but they cannot assist me now since unfortunately we logged the execution file through Ontime initially!!!!

Visited the center around 5 pm. Out of 36 counter only 7 counter open. On that also they are working at very slow pace. All looks like that they have to pass time.Rakbank atm available here. Main entrance is under construction. You can enter by back door. On main door they have stick note that working time is upto 5 pm but if you go inside you will find that they are pretending to work till 8 pm.I ask one tall guy (name amir) about what time my token number will be called. He replied in very bad way that they will call. No politeness.Looks like they are doing some great favor.Review added :Day 1 person catering me took all my documents and emirates ID and money (around 5000 AED.) without any receipt, when asked for receipt he laughed and told that No problem there is surveillance cameras is there, no need of any receipt. Come after 3 days to collect documents .Day 3 still work not done, reason he told that system not working. he tried submitting document in front of me then it was accepted within 5 minute.Day 6 : He gave me stamped passport and told that I have to pay extra 200 AED, because he did passport stamping in tatkal. I told him give me receipt for that,which he told that there is no receipt for that. I refused 3 times then he accepted. Very bad service! That receptionist from Philippine in Oud Metha branch is very bad mannered. When your office closes at 5 pm and they have closed Al Manara Branch suddenly and DC services can only be availed from Oud Metha Branch, you should train that lady to be nice since no one else can assist your customers apart from them! Not at all a good experience considering that we came all the way from Jebel Ali and weve reached 4 hours before your closing time! Horrendous service!

A place where the staff are not only efficient but tolerant. All staff at Karama were so obliging to help out with every issue and their patience is commendable. we were overwhelmed by the helping attitude of each and every staff . specially Ms Naima Madad and two other staff Ms Youla and the staff next to her. No matter how busy or how many people walked in, they all remained calm and composed and went to great lengths to explain in detail to the customer. It was their lunch break, Yet when they knew that I was with a patient, they both went out of their way and Ms Madad made the effort to call someone, and saw that our work was processed. Worst service ever!On each counter in this place they wrote your hapiness first , but from my experience i found that these guys doesnt care about the hapiness of their clients at all , i waited there to continue with my salary complain for 4 hours, very disapppointing service
